name

Legible 3 or 4
generation pedigree

Color photo showing
your dog the way you want him seen: show pose, head study, casual photo, etc –
your choice. We can use only ONE photo per page. Emailed photos are preferred
but must be taken using high resolution or scanned in at 300 dpi.
4.
Owner’s name, address,
phone number, email, web site, & kennel name. Any combination of the above
will do (you may choose to omit everything except your name)
5.
Breeder’s information
(see owner’s)
6.
Dog’s AKC or other
registration number
7.
Dog’s sex, color, birth
date & health clearances
8.
A few lines of advertising
copy at the bottom of the page ( a few lines means from two to four. We can’t
publish huge write-ups ) See previous books for space limitation.
9.
$250 per page payable
by check or credit card.
